This is an exciting opportunity for a dynamic, collaborative leader who is passionate about building strong communities and expanding opportunities for students, families, and community members across St. James and Madelia.
In this role, you’ll provide strategic leadership for early childhood, youth, adult, and community education programs; oversee budgets and grants; build partnerships; and help shape programming that meets the evolving needs of our region.

In the morning, they watched "Zoom! From Earth to the Edge of the Universe" . The program helped students appreciate the scale of the Solar System, galaxy, and universe.
In the afternoon ,they watched "Living in Balance: Anishinaabe Star Knowledge" . They learned about the stars, planets, constellations, and seasons.
The ExploraDome is a great connection to their Wit & Wisdom Module 2 learning about space. Centerpoint Energy fully funded the cost of the programming! Thank You!

Northside 3rd Grade Field Trip To Washington Pavilion
Our Northside Elementary 3rd graders visited the Washington Pavilion in Sioux Falls, SD on Wednesday, March 18th, 2026 for an unforgettable day of learning and exploration!
This exciting field trip brought learning to life through science, art, and immersive experiences! All in one amazing place! It was wonderful to see our students discovering, creating, and being inspired!

Day #2 of our Staff Undercover Dress-Up Days was 🎓 “College Sweatshirt Day” 🎓 and Northside Staff showed their spirit by wearing alumni gear or representing a college of their choice!
