#NorthsideStJ 1st Graders are exploring the big question, "How do books change lives around the world?" This week they were busy reading the book, Biblioburro. Great work, 1st graders!

#NorthsideStJ 4th Graders attended Farm and Home Safety at Watonwan County Fairgrounds on Friday, September 12th, 2025! We would like to thank all the sponsors for their generous support and for providing this valuable learning opportunity for our students!

This morning during Mr. Schroeder's outdoor ed class a student reeled in a 37 inch, 13-pound Northern Pike this morning. Great way to start a Friday! #GoSaints

Earlier this week, SJPS staff had a PD session from William Grube from Gruvy Education on AI in Education to learn about current and future implication of AI in edcuation and beyond.

On the 24th anniversary of the attacks on September 11, 2001, St. James Public Schools pays tribute, honors, & remembers the victims, their families, and those who responded in service to our nation. We will never forget.

#NorthsideStJ Kindergarteners started their Wit & Wisdom Think-Pair-Share routine on day 1 of school! They shared what their favorite animal was in our text, Wild About Books.

Mr. Fugazzi and Mr. Burman kicked off the school year by leading class meetings with students. Together, they reviewed the student handbook and highlighted updated policies to ensure a strong and successful start to the year.
