The goal of the St. James District 840 Foundation is to raise funds to invest back into the school district:
DESIGNATED FUNDS
You may wish to donate funds in support of a particular project or need of the St. James School District. The Foundation will ensure that the funds you donate are used in the manner you have designated.
UNDESIGNATED FUNDS
You may wish to let the Foundation determine the best way to use your gift. This will be done through an in-house granting process. Any District employee can request funds from the Foundation for a specific need through this process. The Foundation Board will determine the outcome of these requests.
ENDOWMENT FUNDS
Donations to the endowment fund will be invested and the interest accrued on these investments will be used by the Foundation to fund projects and needs.
